The CCT-25/CCT-28 is Multi Zone Central Heating System Smart Hub Controller 5/8-Channel Concentrator with Indicators.
This unit is used for the centralized processing of water floor heating or thermostat signals, and transmits instructions to control the open or close of the floor heating electric valve and performs zone control.
At the same time controlling the electric actuator, it can control the passive linkage of the heat pump host, the boiler and the external water pump(mixing center) .

Beok Thermostat Works With Multi Zone Heating Systems. Each zone will need its own thermostat. Up to 8 thermostats can be connected to one hub.
One thermostat corresponds to one zone valve, which is indirectly connected to the actuator. And up to 3 NC actuators can be connected to one zone.
How does Zone Heating work?
In the zone heating system, an actuator opens and closes the valve based on the thermostat setting for that zone.
Each thermostat controls heating independently in order to heat different areas of the house. Zoned systems save energy by allowing homeowners to only heat the part of the home that they need, instead of the whole house.
For example, when one zone needs heating, that zone’s valves open, guiding the hot water to the radiators or in-floor pipes in that area of the home. When all zone valves aren’t calling for heat, the boiler turns off, saving energy.
Differences between CCT-25 and CCT-28:
CCT-25: It can connect 5 temperature controllers.One thermostat corresponds to one zone valve,and up to 3 NC actuators can be connected to one zone.
CCT-28: It can connect 8 temperature controllers.One thermostat corresponds to one zone valve,and up to 3 NC actuators can be connected to one zone.
Normally Closed Actuator
When the temperature controller controls heating, the normally closed actuator slowly opens to control water flow. When the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, the boiler stops heating, and the normally closed actuator slowly closes.
